Thyroid is a gland that produces hormones and that regulates several important functions in the body. Its influence on the organism is important. When the thyroid is working fast, it is called hyperthyroidism and when it slows down in the production of hormones, it is hypothyroidism. The symptoms of hyperthyroidism are, among other things, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, palpitations and tremors. As for the symptoms of hypothyroidism, there is fatigue, weakness, weight gain, lack of energy, hair loss and eyebrows. While complementary approaches can help to some extent, most people with hypothyroidism will need hormone replacement. The alternative approach could be interesting in people who are on the verge of hypothyroidism (blood test required). On the other hand, if you are constantly feeling exhausted and can no longer take a step forward, you may be suffering from what some experts call it adrenal fatigue syndrome.
